Earth changes will occur and people will be left behind.

It doesnt matter what people think they wont belive this anyway. Everything seems normal.

The Lord is making reference to those who forget about him and don't listen to his commands.
14 The captive exile hasteneth that he may be loosed, and that he should not die in the pit, nor that his bread should fail.
A direct reference to the end of the Lucifer rebellion.
15 But I am the Lord thy God, that divided the sea, whose waves roared: The Lord of hosts is his name.
I feel its a direct reference to Gibraltar.
16 And I have put my words in thy mouth, and I have covered thee in the shadow of mine hand, that I may plant the heavens, and lay the foundations of the earth, and say unto Zion, Thou art my people.
I believe the location is Zion and has been a secret for thousands of years in the shadows, in the deep. Where God planted the foundations.

People are blind to it and God is appealing to people to to awake to the message. There isnt much time.
